Synopsis
Naruto Uzumaki, a hyperactive and knuckle-headed ninja, lives in Konohagakure, the Hidden Leaf village. Moments prior to his birth, a huge demon known as the Kyuubi, the Nine-tailed Fox, attacked Konohagakure and wreaked havoc. In order to put an end to the Kyuubi’s rampage, the leader of the village, the 4th Hokage, sacrificed his life and sealed the monstrous beast inside the newborn Naruto.

Naruto: Shippuden adalah anime seri diadaptasi dari Bagian II dari naruto manga seri oleh Masashi Kishimoto . Serial ini disutradarai oleh Hayato Date dan diproduksi oleh Studio Pierrot dan TV Tokyo . Naruto: Shippuden merupakan kelanjutan dari manga Naruto, dan terus alur cerita yang sama setelah melewati dua setengah tahun di alam semesta Naruto. Ini mulai mengudara di TV Tokyo pada tanggal 15 Februari 2007. 

Pada tahun 2008, Viz Media dan Crunchyroll mulai menyediakan delapan bahasa Inggris subtitle Naruto: episode Shippuden di situs resmi Naruto setiap minggu sampai tertangkap hingga anime Jepang. Pada tahun 2009, Viz mulai menyediakan versi subjudul dari Naruto terbaru: Shippuden episode seminggu setelah mereka udara pertama di Jepang, dengan episode baru yang ditambahkan ke situs Naruto setiap hari Kamis berikutnya. Viz telah menyatakan Inggris pangkat akan dirilis suatu saat dalam waktu dekat.

Inggris pangkat dari Naruto: Shippuden membuat premier AS pada Disney XD pada 28 Oktober 2009.  Episode 1-348 dari Inggris pangkat sekarang tersedia di Microsoft Store untuk Xbox One dan Windows 10 melalui Windows Store atau Film & TV aplikasi, iTunes Store , Zune Marketplace dan PlayStation Store . Rilis DVD pertama dari seri di Amerika Utara dirilis pada tanggal 29 September 2009. Episode 1 sampai 53 dibuat dan disiarkan di 4: 3 standar fullscreen definisi, sedangkan episode 54 seterusnya dibuat dan disiarkan di 16: 9 widescreen .
